  • Kristin Snyder, Director of Operations

    Kristin Snyder was born and educated in Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong interest in mathematics, science, and business. After school, Kristin began working at a local branch of a bank, where her exceptional financial talent, work ethic, and communication skills caught the attention of an investment adviser. The adviser, so impressed by Kristin, moved her into a corporate role where she now supports the advisor and their clients. Kristin and her husband live in Delaware with their baby boy, cats, dogs, fish, and many plants.

  • Bryan Velazquez, Director of Inclusion

    Bryan Velazquez is a native New Yorker living and thriving with legal blindness who began his career in therapeutic recreation after graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Bryan’s currently transitioning into a career in entertainment and he works with “Omnium, a Bold New Circus” as a sales rep and guest ringmaster. Omnium, an inclusive circus, credits Bryan for helping make them who they are today thanks to his “thoughtful and engaging demeanor, talent and incredible hard work.” Bryan has exemplary knowledge of accessibility and inclusion programs in New York City and beyond and is an advocate for all people with disabilities and especially for those living with blindness.

  • Bry Graybeal, Product Manager for LinkedIn FrontDoor

    Bryant Graybeal, or “Bry,” finds the linguistic aspect of communication fascinating and she could talk for hours about how language varies regionally (dialects). Outside of marketing, Bry’s pursuing a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from DeSales University aligned with her goal of supporting speech development in children. Between earning two undergrad degrees from the University of Delaware in Cognitive Science and Linguistics, Bry also minored in Disability Studies to educate herself on the people she will help. Her studies of cognition and linguistics and success at helping organizations achieve their objectives through her work and research, make Bry an impressive marketing strategist.

  • Dany Vo, Principal Designer

    Dany Vo has worked as a graphic designer in Montreal, San Francisco, and now New York City for beloved brands like PepsiCo, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Adobe, Meta, St-Regis Hotel, Le Cirque de Soleil, Reese's, and many more. With a background in the visual arts, Dany appreciates both traditional art as well as computational art. He has talent in many aspects of design such as drawing, painting, typography, packaging, motion, 3D, film, photography, scenography, and more. Dany’s well-rounded design skill set and his talent at social media marketing allow him to create a holistic brand with the customer’s experience in mind. He loves traveling and seeing diverse cultures.

  • Carmen Emmi, Creative Consultant

    Carmen Emmi is a writer/director from Syracuse, New York where he comes from a family of farmers. Upon graduating from USC film school, he worked as an independent DP and shot dozens of projects including short films, commercials, and feature-length films. His first screenplay, Plainclothes, placed in several screenplay competitions including the top 50 screenplays in the 2021 and 2022 Academy Nicholl Fellowships. He currently works as a producer of Branded Content in New York City where he collaborated with such clients as S.C. Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, Campbell's, and more.

  • Frank Kunkle, Managing Director

    Frank grew up climbing trees and catching bugs so it was not immediately apparent that he can’t see well. Born with legal blindness outside Philly, Frank’s resourceful. After graduating from Temple University with degrees in Psychology and Strategic Communication, he designed and executed marketing programs that grew brands’ revenue and customer lists for more than a decade. Frank cares deeply about elevating the career experience of anyone living with an impairment. His blog educates on his mantra that people with disabilities want to contribute to society, not just participate. Frank’s most at peace under a sunset, uses fitness to find balance, and writes poetry late at night.
