I also do not see very well! A rare genetic disorder called Coloboma reduces my visual field, increases my sensitivity to light, and causes my visual acuity to fall within the legal blindness range. My lack of sight caused me to become phenomenally resourceful, creative, and determined as a person and marketing professional.

What else?

Lasty, I am motivated by a question that remains unanswered in my soul: “what else?” I love to explore and celebrate every moment here on earth. I use creative writing and fitness to manage stress and interpret the world around me. People inspire me and I’m fortunate to find beauty in all experiences, even those that challenge me most. I am as determined as the particles in the sky that refuse to let go of the light falling behind the horizon after a productive day. That’s why a nice sunset beckons me to stand perfectly still, finding peace with the past and eagerly anticipating the future.
